Agricultural landowners along the western edge of Oswego and Jefferson counties will have the chance next week to learn more about a proposed electrical transmission line project at a meeting in Pulaski.
The meeting, which is open to the public, is being hosted by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County, the Oswego County Soil and Water Conservation District and the Oswego County Legislature.
